1. Check in
Every photo box, album, slide tray, reel and tape is counted and logged at drop off. You receive a copy of the log.
2. Handling
Media is handled with gloves, stored in a secure, climate controlled area and never leaves our studio.
3. Fragile media
Old tapes and film can be brittle, moldy or damaged. We assess condition before work begins and contact you before any repair. Some media cannot be recovered.
4. Return
Originals are returned with your order. Unclaimed media is held for 90 days, after which we contact you about return shipping.
5. Liability
We take great care, but because original media may be aged or fragile, our liability for loss or damage is limited to three times the service fee for the affected item. Please keep copies of anything irreplaceable when possible.
6. Prohibited content
We will not reproduce illegal content and will report it as required by law.
