This policy covers Photoware, Inc. ("we", "us") and the website at photoware.site.
2. Information we collect
Contact and order details, payment information processed by our payment provider, photos and footage we create, media you give us to digitize, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. Your personal media
Photos, slides and tapes you bring us may contain personal and family information. They are viewed only as needed to digitize, restore and quality check them, and are never shared or published.
4. How we use information
- To schedule sessions and fulfill orders
- To deliver galleries, files and products
- To send order updates and invoices
- To improve our services and website
We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us operate, such as gallery hosting, print and album labs, shipping, email and payment processors, or when required by law.
6. Portfolio
Session images appear in our gallery or social media only with your consent. Digitized personal media is never used for marketing. See the image license.
7. Retention
Session galleries stay online for 6 months. Digitized files are deleted from our systems 60 days after delivery. Business records are kept for 7 years.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information.
9. Children
Minors are photographed only with a parent or guardian present. This website is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
