By using this website or ordering from Photoware, Inc., you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide photography, video, printing, albums, framing, digitizing and restoration as described in your package or quote.
3. Payment
Session retainers reserve your date. Product and digitizing orders are paid in full before release. See the booking policy.
4. Your content
You confirm you own or have permission to reproduce any photos, films or artwork you ask us to print, scan or restore.
5. Creative style
Composition, editing and color follow our professional judgment and the style agreed with you.
6. Color and materials
Printed color can differ slightly from screens. Natural variation in papers, canvas and frames is not a defect.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Liability for customer media is described in the media handling policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Broward County.
